Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a Hospital Supervisor to serve as the on-site administrative liaison when department heads are unavailable. You will provide leadership, guidance, and problem solving across units to ensure patient care and facility operations run smoothly.

The role requires RN with a BSN within five years, ACLS, and strong computer literacy. Experience as charge nurse and bilingual ability are preferred. This is an on-site management position within the network.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN or higher coursework within 5 years of hire date.
• One year charge nurse experience and ACLS preferred.
• Computer literate; familiarity with EMR systems.
• Bilingual abilities preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as on-site administrative liaison in the absence of department heads/senior administration.
• Provides broad supervision, guidance and problem solving for all departments.
• Coordinates obtaining and releasing equipment/supplies to other facilities.
• Develops, evaluates, and adjusts staffing based on patient care needs.
• Participates in internal alerts and disaster response activities.
