Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Hospital Supervisor for the Miners Campus Night Shift to serve as the on-site administrative liaison in the absence of department heads.

You will provide broad supervision, decision support, and problem solving for all departments within the facility. The role requires an RN license with BSN within 5 years, current ACLS preferred, and at least one year of charge nurse experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN required within 5 years of hire date.
• MSN or equivalent preferred.
• One year charge nurse experience.
• ACLS preferred.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site administrative liaison in absence of department heads.
• Supervise and guide multiple departments across the facility.
• Coordinate staffing and resource allocation based on patient care needs.
• Participate in disaster management as Incident Commander and AOC support.
• Communicate policies and provide access to resources across the network.
• Ensure real-time risk event interventions and reporting as needed.
