Job summary

Blessing Health System seeks a House Supervisor to coordinate personnel and resources for patient care across all venues, providing crisis management in collaboration with Nursing Leadership on a 24-hour basis.

The role requires RN licensure with a BSN, 3+ years nursing experience, and at least 1 year of progressive nurse leadership. ACLS within 6 months and BLS maintained are required.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN required.
• Minimum 3 years related nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year progressive nurse leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily personnel, equipment, and technology to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Provide resources for clinical and support staff to aid decision-making.
• Coordinate response to events threatening operations, assets or reputation.
• Model effective two-way communication and problem solving at the organizational level.
• Recruit, orient, and retain centralized nursing staff; ensure adherence to standards and policies.
• Maintain infection control practices and the ANA Code of Ethics; enforce I CARE standards.
