Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of cumulative job-specific experience required, with 4 of those years in leadership/management.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Prior experience leading operational functions in a hospital setting.
• Skilled at physician relationship building.
• Proven ability and success growing clinical service lines.
• Growth-oriented executive with a demonstrated ability to scale and drive business performance.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects in hospital or healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth.
• Plan, direct and coordinate overall daily operations.
• Responsible for building relationships to establish partnerships and affiliations.
• Direct operational efficiency and improvement to meet financial targets and collaborates to establish control systems for accountability.
• Collaborate to plan and organize staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, and educating in support of operational objectives.
