Job summary

Tennessee Oncology in Murfreesboro is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including front office, lab and clinical teams. You will provide leadership, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality patient care while aligning with TN ONC mission, vision and values.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, inventory control, payroll oversight, policy compliance (OSHA, QOPI, MIPS/MACRA), and spearheading process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year overseeing outpatient practice management; 3 years preferred with Oncology/Hematology knowledge.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing, scheduling and flow of the clinic to ensure safe environment and quality patient care.
• Plan, direct, organize and coordinate clinical and administrative activities.
• Oversee payroll, overtime and time-off approvals.
