Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; demonstrates commitment to advanced leadership and operations.
• Requires 7 years of progressive management experience in health care operations, including financial and quality metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership and direction for assigned inpatient and outpatient operations.
• Oversees day-to-day facility, campus, and/or market operations and guiding priorities.
• Leads through influence, partnering with service line, clinical, physician, and functional leaders to drive outcomes.
• Develops multi-year strategic and business plans translating priorities into actionable milestones.
• Manages capital planning, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure financial stewardship.
• Collaborates with leadership to advance quality, safety, regulatory readiness, and operational excellence.
• Implements care management and patient experience initiatives to meet performance targets.
• Supports growth and market relationships by coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Develops leadership talent, coaching, performance management, and a culture of accountability.
