Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• RN licensure in Florida or eNLC active and in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification active and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Act as 24-hour operational lead in the Health System during absences.
• Coordinate triage and resource allocation for patient care areas.
• Lead crisis management and incident response.
• Manage staffing plans and optimize facility operations.
• Identify and mitigate safety and risk issues affecting patients and staff.
• Coordinate disaster and emergency procedures and communications.
