Qualifications

• Five to eight years of experience in net revenue accounting or reimbursement analytics.
• Supervisory or lead experience required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of Word.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Hospital Reimbursement Analyst and provide performance management.
• Manage net revenue recognition SaaS platform and oversee monthly close activities.
• Analyze and project financial impact of operational changes on revenue.
• Manage Medicare and Medicaid cost report submissions and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state reimbursement laws.
