RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to supervise the Revenue Analytics team and oversee A/R reserves, forecasting, and executive-level reporting. You will bridge analytics and leadership, guiding performance across Managed Care, CBO, and system operations.

The role requires deep Excel skills, BI tool experience, and healthcare finance leadership, with a focus on accuracy and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a highly quantitative field required.
• 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience strictly within the Healthcare Industry.
• 1-2 years of formal supervisory, team-lead, or project-management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Manage, mentor, and review the Revenue Analytics team.
• Workforce Development: establish data validation protocols and cross-train staff.
• Workflow Automation: oversee change control and data standardization for reporting.
• A/R Reserve Governance: finalize complex monthly reserve calculations and adjustments.
• Executive Communication: deliver net revenue variance analysis for financial statements.
• Regulatory & Contractual Modeling: lead predictive modeling of large-scale contracts.
• Strategic Budgeting & Planning: lead long-range financial plans and budgets.
• System-Wide Consultation: act as senior financial resource for leadership.
