Responsibilities

• Monitor and test hospital HVAC, plumbing, electrical and boiler systems to diagnose malfunctions.
• Oversee repairs and upgrades of hospital mechanical systems.
• Estimate materials needed and coordinate with other trades.
• Perform work according to safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Assist other maintenance technicians as needed.
