The role requires experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operation, and carpentry as needed. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and technical training, with journeyman-level credentials or two journeyman credentials in different trades.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with courses in blueprint reading, mechanical drawing, mathematics.
• Trade or vocational school graduate with courses in blueprint reading, mechanical drawing, mathematics. Understanding of electrical safety and lockout/tagout standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, inspect, operate, and test hospital systems to diagnose malfunctions and maintain operations.
• Conduct and oversee repairs and upgrades to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and boiler systems.
• Estimate and order materials for work projects.
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow safety procedures and address regulatory compliance deficiencies.
