Elite Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT) to join a hospital laboratory team in Detroit, MI. The role is full-time with 40 hours per week and includes rotating on-call coverage, including weekends. Candidates with recent hospital lab experience and strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes accurate, timely testing to support patient care and requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospital setting.

Formación

• Recent hospital laboratory experience.
• Moderate and high complexity testing experience.
• POC testing (point-of-care) experience is a plus.
• Quality control, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Perform moderate and high complexity laboratory testing according to established procedures.
• Review and report results accurately, recognizing discrepancies and escalating as needed.
• Perform quality control, routine instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Support laboratory operations across multiple testing areas.
• Maintain complete documentation and follow laboratory quality and safety procedures.
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage throughout the week, including weekends.
