Job summary

You will supervise MT staff, participate in staff evaluations, and maintain procedures while ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple labs in the Detroit area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or equivalent per CLIA high-complexity criteria.
• ASCP/NCA/AMT/CSMLS registry within 12 months of hire; non-US trained personnel require evaluation within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Process and test specimens.
• Review and report lab results.
• Provide input on staff evaluations and competency assessments.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date procedure manuals; ensure regulatory compliance.
