Job summary

SGMC Health seeks a Warehouse Coordinator at the Main Campus in Materials Management. You will oversee daily flow, storage, and inventory of clinical supplies, ensuring accuracy and right-sized inventory across the hospital perpetual system.

Collaborate with the Value Analysis team and Buyers to prevent shortages, support physical inventories, cycle counts, and 5S practices, and assist in safe handling of materials in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a supply chain or healthcare supply setting.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily flow, storage, and inventory of clinical supplies.
• Maintain accurate and right-sized hospital inventory.
• Collaborate with Value Analysis and Buyer groups to prevent shortages.
• Support physical inventory, cycle counts, and 5S practices.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
