Gaithersburg Animal Hospital is seeking a Hospital Manager to provide strong on-site leadership and operational oversight. You will partner with the Chief of Staff and regional leadership to deliver exceptional patient care, client service, and team support.

This role blends leadership, operational execution, and business management to help the hospital run smoothly, staff feel supported, and clients receive the highest level of care.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience required.
• Veterinary, medical, or service industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams (10+ employees).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen and comfort working with metrics/KPIs.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.

This is a unique opportunity for a driven, people-focused leader to partner closely with the Chief of Staff and Regional Leadership to deliver exceptional patient care, client service, and team support.

As Hospital Manager, you will oversee daily operations while driving strategic growth and team development. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the hospital runs smoothly, staff feel supported, and clients receive the highest level of care.

What You’ll Do
