Are you a strong leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced veterinary environment? Apple Hill Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated Hospital Manager to lead our team and support high-quality patient care in beautiful Broadview Heights, Ohio.
As Hospital Manager, you will partner closely with the Medical Director to oversee the daily operations of the hospital, support team development, and ensure an exceptional client and patient experience.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing veterinary support team
Oversee hospital operations, workflow, and scheduling
Manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance
Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention
Ensure outstanding client service and communication standards
Previous leadership or management experience (veterinary preferred)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and coach team members
Financial acumen and comfort with KPIs and reporting
Passion for supporting quality medicine and team growth
