Overview

Cedarburg Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced management professional to join our leadership team as Hospital Manager. The successful candidate will share our commitment to providing exceptional client service and excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. In collaboration with the Chief of Staff, the Hospital Manager’s role is to maximize the productivity, profitability, and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team.

Responsibilities

• Operational oversight of the hospital, including leadership of technicians and reception staff.
• Managing financial and business development, including budgeting and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Overseeing client care to ensure client loyalty by demonstrating and training exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Strong problem‑solving skills and proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict‑resolution, and presentation skills.
• Experience in daily management of revenues, inventory, and payroll.
• Two or more years of management and business operations experience, ideally in the veterinary medicine industry.
• Prior veterinary hospital management or leadership experience is preferred.
