MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work exclusively at the Berkeley Roper St. Francis Hospital facility in Summerville, SC. The role spans electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, and general maintenance to keep the facility in top condition.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to on-call emergencies, and collaborate with a team dedicated to safety and quality. A high school diploma and healthcare facility experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in repair and maintenance of healthcare facilities.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and physical plant equipment knowledge.
• Healthcare DHEC, NFPA, and TJC code knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Electrical: repair and maintain lighting fixtures, ballasts, and circuits.
• Electrical: repair/maintain 115V outlets and circuits.
• HVAC: operate systems, change filters, lubricate motors/pumps/fans, assist repairs.
• Plumbing: repair toilets, maintain plumbing systems, clear drainage/sewage as needed.
• Carpentry: repair furniture, patch walls, install or repair wall tile.
• General: perform preventive maintenance work orders and kept logs.
