Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, GED within 6 months preferred.
• 3+ years in health care facility repair and maintenance.
• Familiar with NFPA, DHEC, TJC codes preferred.
• Fluent English, good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electrical fixtures, ballasts, and outlets.
• Perform plumbing maintenance across the facility including roof drains and valves.
• Inspect and service HVAC systems and controls.
• Respond to on-call emergency repairs and perform safety tasks.
• Maintain logs and documentation per company standards.
