Job summary

Lifepoint Health in Dallas is seeking a Maintenance Worker with floor care experience to support hospital facilities with safe operation of HVAC, electrical, and building systems. The role includes on-call duties and daily oversight from the Director of Plant Operations, contributing to performance improvement and CQI efforts.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year in general maintenance (floor care preferred), and a valid driver's license; HVAC certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 1 year of general maintenance experience; floor care experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair hospital facilities including HVAC, electrical, and building systems.
• Assist in maintaining safety and energy management programs.
• Coordinate with departments to plan and prioritize work.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond to on-call requests.
• Keep records of work performed and materials used.
