• Five years+ experience in facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and building upkeep; conduct periodic preventive maintenance.
• Complete maintenance and repair records and work orders promptly.
• Operate and use the work order system via PC and smartphone; use MS Office.
