Job summary

Advanced Dallas Hospital & Clinics is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the hospital's infrastructure through preventive and routine maintenance across systems. You will repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical issues, drywall, painting, and safety checks, ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant environment.

Requires 2 years maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED; hospital experience preferred. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance-related experience and/or training; hospital experience preferred.
• Experience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting is desired.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance duties for facility structures and equipment, complying with safety codes.
• Handle general repairs such as painting, floor/wall work and minor structural fixes.
• Repair plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC components and water fixtures as needed.
• Address safety hazards and respond to issues or complaints with supervisor within 24 hours.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of work performed.
