Responsibilities

• Performs general inspections, troubleshooting and repairs of minor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing items within the hospital or clinic setting.
• Responds to and repairs specialty systems such as nurse call, fire alarm, television, medical gas, and ceiling systems.
• Completes preventive maintenance inspections and maintains documentation.
• Assists with maintenance on facilities structures and building systems.
• May be assigned to severe weather emergencies and stay onsite as needed.
• Performs other related duties as required.
