You will inspect electrical and HVAC systems, read blueprints, install circuits and piping, and ensure Life Safety codes are followed. The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work 40 hours weekly.

This position emphasizes safety, documentation, and timely repairs to support patient care and hospital operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years in two or more building crafts preferred.
• Type I and II refrigerant certification required within six months.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect electrical and mechanical equipment for malfunctions.
• Clean electrical and mechanical equipment components (coils, motors, drain pans, etc.).
• Install electrical circuits, piping for water and drain lines, etc.
• Read and utilize blueprints.
• Respond to and repair maintenance calls for HVAC, blocked drains, ice machines, etc.
• Perform rounds to ensure Life Safety Code compliance and policy adherence.
• Document tasks accurately and manage time efficiently.
• Assist Mechanic II’s when requested.
