Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining and repairing HVAC controls and equipment to maximize efficiency in controlled areas.
• Performs repairs of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems; conducts preventative maintenance and tests equipment.
• Assists in replacing, installing, repairing, and testing electrical circuits, equipment, appliances, and lighting systems.
• Maintains routine records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs for equipment or systems.
• Performs manual duties such as moving supplies, replacing light bulbs, and disposing of trash.
• Assists with building repair and maintenance including doors, windows, flooring, roofing, and simple plumbing repairs.
• Reads blueprints, interprets instructions, and understands fire alarm and safety systems.
