The role requires a minimum of a 2-year vocational program or apprenticeship or 3 years of maintenance experience; licensure for boilers is required or attainable within 6-18 months; day/evening shifts with weekend rotation and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Requires routine and preventative maintenance on systems such as pressure boilers, basic HVAC, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment.
• May provide general work direction to assigned team members within license scope.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general maintenance in a medical campus.
• May provide emergency repairs and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Ensure safety and compliance with hospital maintenance standards.
