Qualifications

• Two-year building/maintenance experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
• Experience with electrical systems and controls is required.
• Experience in plant mechanical systems such as chillers, boilers, pumps and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining proper operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Completing preventative maintenance tasks on various frequencies.
• Performing repairs on patient care equipment like beds and wheelchairs.
