Job summary

Metz Culinary Management is hiring LINE AND PREP COOKS for St. Mary Healthcare Center Worcester. FT and PT roles available; hours 5am-1pm and 12pm-8pm; weekends and holidays required.

Join our team in a busy hospital kitchen with restaurant-inspired service and opportunities for growth. Candidates should have experience in acute, post-acute, or long-term care; ServSafe and Allergy certification a plus; able to handle volume, follow production sheets, and therapeutic diet spreads using IDDSI.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus.
• Inventory and portion ingredients with accuracy.
• Assist in prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation.
