Job summary

Metz Culinary Management is hiring for line and prep cooks to join a busy kitchen and café operations setting. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with morning shifts as early as 6:00 a.m. and approximately 20 hours per week (4 hours per day).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following Executive Chef menus.
• Inventory and portion ingredients to support daily operations.
• Assist in kitchen with prep, dish room, dry stock, perishable inventories and sanitation.
