Beacon Rehab & Nursing Center in Queens, NY seeks a Hospital Liaison Nursing Home Marketer to cultivate relationships with local hospitals and build a robust referral base for our facility. You will engage with discharge planners, promote our services in nearby communities, and coordinate marketing initiatives to drive admissions.

You will also collaborate with the Admissions team to streamline referrals and ensure smooth patient transitions, while fostering a supportive, team-oriented work

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in long-term care in a Marketing role
• Must have connections within the area at the local hospitals
• Demonstrated ability to understand and promote technical information (i.e. clinical outcomes, data points)
• Experience working with the local community
• Good understanding of Social Media including Facebook, Instagram
• Knowledge of nursing home admissions procedures and insurances
