Job summary

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the United States.
- Specialized lactation education or certification preferred.
- Experience with newborn feeding and breastfeeding support is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Conduct lactation assessments and develop feeding plans.
- Provide hands-on education on breastfeeding, pumping, and infant feeding.
- Document care in the electronic health record and collaborate with medical teams.
- Support Baby-Friendly initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
