Overview
Hospital Lab Supervisor
Location: 1402 County Line Rd. Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: FT/Evenings/Monday-Friday 4:00 p.m.-12:00 p.m.
Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 (external applicants)
Pay Range: $71,535+ per year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsible for the scheduling and supervision of the non-exempt lab personnel on multiple shifts. Accountable for quantity and quality of specimens handled and test results.
Required Work Experience:
5+ years’ experience in laboratory environment.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of the general laboratory services and testing requirements.
