Westchester General Hospital in Miami, FL, is seeking a Utility Worker to support kitchen operations. Under the direction of the Kitchen Supervisor, you will wash dishes, pots and pans and maintain a sanitary environment to prevent disease transmission.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the dishwashing area, operating the three-compartment sink, recording temperatures and sanitation data, cleaning equipment, and restocking dishes.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform heavy work as needed.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions.

Mansioni

• Wash dishes, pots and pans and maintain a sanitary environment.
• Set up and break down the dishwashing area and equipment.
• Follow pot washing procedures and clean the dishwashing machine.
• Record temperatures and sanitation data as required.
• Restock and return clean china, dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
