Lemontree Healthcare Services LLC is seeking a Dishwasher Utility Worker for Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, FL. The role supports daily kitchen operations, including dishwashing, basic food prep, and maintaining a clean, sanitary environment.

The position is full-time with a Monday-Friday schedule and weekends, 7:00am-7:00pm. The job emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficient operation in a healthcare food service setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or similar role preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and kitchen equipment.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing & Cleaning: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in accordance with food safety standards.
• Food Preparation Support: Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning food.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Assistance: Assist in managing inventory by stocking food supplies, cleaning products, and maintaining proper organization of storage areas.
• Sanitation Compliance: Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to support food service operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Other Responsibilities: Ability to perform duties in emergency situations and extended on-site work hours as necessary.
