Whitsons Culinary Group is seeking a Utility - General Support to maintain the kitchen and dish room, ensuring cleanliness and safety across food service areas. The role emphasizes sanitation, organization, and adherence to health regulations throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, pot washing, floor care, trash removal, and storage upkeep, with emphasis on accurate temperatures and proper cleaning protocols.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; must complete Whitsons and government-mandated training as required.
• Food handling certification preferred; local food safety certification required in any jurisdiction of employment.
• Must be able to speak and read English; ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain sanitation, organization, and cleanliness of kitchen, dish room, storerooms, serving area, and equipment.
• Perform dishwashing, pot washing, and equipment sanitation; follow six-step pot washing procedure.
• Sweep, mop, and trash removal; manage storage areas and pest-free conditions.
• Report maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns to supervisor; adhere to Whitsons policies and procedures.
