Job summary

Idaho Falls Community Hospital is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our team. You will wash dishes from the kitchen, patient room-service and café, and help keep the dining area tidy. You will also assist in retrieving used patient trays from the nursing floors across our two hospitals.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. This on-site role includes benefits such as health coverage and paid time off; a High school diploma and Food Handler’s Permit within 30 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes from kitchen, patient room-service and café in a timely manner.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment; air-dry dishes.
• Return dishes to correct locations in the kitchen; take temperatures as outlined.
