Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Permit required within 30 days.
• Entry-level position; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for cafe, patients, and functions.
• Maintain FDA and Health Dept food safety standards.
• Prepare back stock and daily soups.
• Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Clean and organize kitchen and storerooms.
• Attend meetings and follow hospital policies.
