UCHealth is seeking a cook for the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO. This onsite role prepares meals for patients, the cafeteria, and catering services, following recipes and managing timing with supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews menu and special orders to determine types and quantities of food items to be prepared.
• Follows standardized recipes in preparation of all foods and plans cooking schedule with supervisor to ensure timing for service.
• Confers with supervisor regarding modified diet preparation and leftovers usage.
• Adheres to guidelines for storage, handling, sanitation, and maintenance of the work area.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
