UCHealth University of Colorado Health is seeking a PRN cook to prepare meals for patients, the cafeteria, and catering services at the Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO. The role is onsite with no remote option, averaging 20.00 hours per pay period.

The cook will follow recipes, coordinate timing with the exec chef, and ensure proper food handling and sanitation while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of high school diploma or GED or UCHealth basic competency test.
• At least 1 year of cooking or food preparation experience.

Responsabilités

• Review menu and special orders to determine items and quantities.
• Follow standardized recipes and plan cooking schedule with supervisor.
• Prepare foods and manage leftovers according to guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the work area.
