• Preferred ACHD or Serve Safe Certification.
• Experience in an institutional setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and produces hot and cold food items for patients, cafeteria and catering customers.
• Utilizes proper food handling and storage techniques.
• Performs cleaning functions in assigned areas following schedules and safety guidelines.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
