AtlantiCare is seeking a hospital Cook responsible for the preparation of all foods served to patients and cafeteria patrons, following recipes and production sheets, and for keeping the work area clean in line with health requirements. The role supports quality customer service and participates in performance improvement and teamwork.

Based in the Mainland division, reporting to the Food Production Manager; 1-2 years healthcare food prep experience and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English reading and speaking ability required.
• Culinary arts training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all foods served to patients and cafeteria patrons according to recipes and production sheets.
• Clean and sanitize work area in accordance with health requirements.
• Contribute to performance improvement and demonstrate teamwork and cooperation.
