Qualifications

• Experience in safe food handling, prep and sanitation techniques required.
• Preferred: basic arithmetic; cash handling; count money.
• Ability to use a computer and computerized cash register is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food to customers.
• Assist in receiving and storing stock.
• Transport and empty trash receptacles and clean the kitchen.
• Cook, cashier, and assist with seating and customer service as needed.
• Check and record hot and cold temperatures; wash dishes.
