Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years’ experience in restaurant or food service preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and portion large and small quantities of food per recipes.
• Forecast production and manage leftovers to reduce waste.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and comply with food safety regulations.
• Assist in other areas as required and monitor refrigerator/freezer temperatures.
