Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two year’s experience in restaurant or food service preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently requisition, inspect, prepare, cook, cool and portion large and small quantities of foods per recipes.
• Forecast production and manage leftovers to reduce waste.
• Maintain clean, organized production area and equipment.
• Monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures.
• Assist in other areas as required.
