Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS diploma or GED required; professional cooking experience preferred.
• Guest service background is a plus; hospital kitchen experience is a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Process room service orders.
• Interact with patients and families by phone and input menu selections.
• Wash and store dishes; maintain clean kitchen areas.
• Promote positive service relations between Nutrition Services and Nursing units.
• Maintain knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation.
