Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a dedicated kitchen professional for Food Management Services. You will review production sheets, prepare diverse menu items, and ensure quality and timely service in a busy production kitchen.

The role requires 3 years of food production experience, ServSafe certification within 1 year, and high school education. Shifts are 10 hours, with potential weekend/holiday rotation, in a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review production sheets and recipes; prepare food per production report and guidelines.
• Measure and mix ingredients; use kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare dishes.
• Bake, roast, steam and carve meats and vegetables per recipes; portion control.
• Garnish, display and serve foods according to standards and recipes.
• Monitor inventory storage and food safety temperatures; maintain temperature logs.
• Ensure safe food handling and sanitation per department standards.
