Responsibilities

• Completes and maintains all job performance requirements and standards as established by department procedures.
• Assembles salads, sandwiches, and hot foods according to production guides and menus.
• Supports teamwork and cooperates with co-workers in daily activities; provides feedback on system improvements.
• Interacts with patients, visitors, vendors, and staff in a courteous manner.
• Maintains HACCP and production logs; temps and documents food temperatures daily.
