Job summary

Brooks Arizona Hospital is seeking an IT System Administrator to provide onsite technology support and system administration in a hospital environment. You will work with clinicians and IT teams to ensure reliable operations for electronic medical records, badge access, nurse call, and other clinical technologies.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with responsibilities spanning Microsoft 365, AD, Okta, Imprivata, ServiceNow, and device support

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with hospital IT environments and clinical workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT systems and application configurations (Microsoft 365, AD, Okta, Imprivata, ServiceNow).
• Provide onsite support for end users, printers, scanners, and mobile devices in a hospital setting.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams for escalations and resolution.
• Document support procedures, changes, tests, and workflows.
• Participate in after-hours on-call coverage and downtime responses.
