Job summary

Brooks Arizona Hospital is seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to provide onsite technology support and administer hospital IT systems. You will partner with clinical departments, IT security, and external vendors to ensure reliable technology operations that support patient care.

The role involves supporting clinical and operational technologies, endpoints, printers, badge access, nurse call, and other hospital systems, with after-hours on-call as required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Healthcare IT environment experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT systems and configurations (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, etc.).
• Provide onsite support for end users, stations, printers, scanners, and devices.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams for escalation and resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support workflows.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call support as needed; ensure uptime for hospital operations.
