Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Inventory & Quality Associate for a top healthcare client in New York City. The role focuses on improving inventory accuracy and supply quality across a major hospital campus, performing physical counts and managing expirations.

This hands-on position blends operational tasks with data analysis to identify risks and opportunities, with growth potential into broader supply chain roles within 2–3 years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years inventory/cycle counting experience.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), PowerPoint, Access.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, QIAM RFID or similar ERP/WMS/IMS.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory data.
• Experience with handheld scanners and data entry.
